Market Access Direct is made up of a team of professionals with vast experience in marketing insurance and financial services products to the 50+ audience.
There’s no doubt the agent is central to the sales process. He or she is the face of the organization and the primary source of information on the product. We see this our role and obligation: to provide systems and assistance to help agents in organizations of all sizes reach the peak of professionalism by making customer management and market outreach as easy and affordable as possible.
ABOUT OUR TEAM
Margaret Audet brings nearly 30 years of insurance experience in the areas of direct mail lead generation, digital marketing, policyholder marketing, and broadcast advertising. Her specialty is the development and execution of systematized, integrated, multi-touch Direct Response Marketing and Prospecting programs. A veteran of the direct response insurance industry. Margaret understands the complexities of compliance guidelines and is sensitive to product positioning. Prior to building Market Access Direct, Margaret ran all direct response channels at Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company. While at Bankers Life and Casualty she ran the Marketing, Recruiting and Product Implementation Departments. Margaret has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Scranton.
Jim Hill has been with Market Access Direct since 2013. Jim’s primary role includes managing the agent marketing systems, training and development. He works closely with agents and managers on system training and utilization so that the prospecting and marketing tools are effective. Prior to joining Market Access Direct, Jim worked with Futurity First Insurance Group developing and executing strategic marketing programs and systems for a national career insurance company. He also managed meeting planning and contest development that included annual sales conventions and sales contests. Jim received a MA in Public Relations from Rowan University and a BA in Communications from William Paterson University.
Vice President Product & Client Development
Keene Smith provides account manager for all client marketing programs, new product launches and new business development. Keene has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in direct response marketing. Her career started in the property/casualty business, working on direct mail campaigns in all areas – from list buying to print production. After moving to the Life/Health side of the business, Keene gained experience in media planning and buying, commercial production and fulfillment processes. Over the past decade, her direct response knowledge has been leveraged for the sales force, helping generate leads from multiple sources. Keene has a BS in Business Administration from Albright College, located in Reading, PA. Industry designations include FLMI, ACS and AIRC.
Business and Financial Analyst
Dorothy joined Market Access Direct early in the company’s history. She has had her hand in many aspects of the business including Lead Sales, Customer Service and Financial Reporting. Currently she is applying her extensive reporting experience to the needs of Clients the internal needs of Market Access Direct. Dorothy obtained a BS in Marketing and Finance and an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
